Speaker Jon StiglianoJon M. Stigliano is President and Founder of Strategic Solutions Group, an Organizational Development firm based out of Fort Worth, Texas. Over the past 24 years he has consulted with thousands of organizations and individuals. Clients range in scope from small privately held organizations to publicly traded corporations in a wide variety of industries from all areas of the United States. Strategic Solutions Group has developed a strong reputation for helping their clients achieve “a culture of success” by helping organizations “hire, train and lead their organization by design”. The process is to instill a culture that develops leaders who in turn will develop a team of leaders. Jon is a former Regional Manager for one of the largest commercial real estate firms on the West Coast and Vice President of Development for an international consulting firm. In addition, he is a collegiate basketball referee at the Division I level.
